Holiday Homes in Gulf Resort Beach

"I stay here every year, usually 2x a year, with my family. Weve always loved it, but since By the Sea Resorts bought Palmetto Inn too, it seems to slowly be going down. The staff is great. The room was clean. Really the only issue was that the mattresses absolutely suck. The pillows were equally as horrible & uncomfortable. Im unsure what happened, as the beds were great even as recently as October 2025. And as much as they've raised their prices, a decent bed & pillows shouldny be too much to ask for. The coffee is awful & so weak, I barely knew it was coffee. Only half the cable channels worked, the remote only worked the volume. Please fix the bed problems. Everyone will benefit from it."

"Host was amazing,went out of his way communication outstanding..Room need some update as paint and new bedroom curtains they were ripped .cleaning vents would help,also fix the tub child couldnt take bath and the knob had mold..And guest please stop taking things,there was no can opener or sauce pans..Pools were great balcony was awesome.Just a small walk across street to the beauty of the beach"

"Staff was excellent. Room was nice great view but need bigger televisions. It need to be updated was expecting more since it was a Holiday Inn Club. You can hear everything going on outside your room on the street. But overall not bad "

"Although this hotel shows it's years a little, and the fact that it sits right on the ocean, the rooms and grounds are very well kept and clean. Each room has it's own kitchenette and ocean view balcony. For the price you couldn't beet the view or the one minute walk to be on the sand. We had family join us last minute and got a room for under $100 , so if you're ever contemplating a last minute trip to PCB I would try booking this resort. We very much enjoyed our stay."

"Our stay was absolutely excellent. The communication was very good from start to finish and they made it simple for us when we decided to add one final day to the booking. The unit itself is phenomenal. The beds were both comfortable, as was the furniture. This unit is perfect for adults and slightly older children. The view from the 21st floor is amazing, the building has very friendly staff and management and our stay was amazing. We will definitely be back."
