This unit is locates on the 17th floor with magnificent view of the beautiful Turquoise waters of the Gulf of America. Tidewater Beach Resort offers one of the best locations in town within a short 1/2 mile walk to Pier Park Shopping Development. Very close to Frank Brown Park and the Panama City Beach International Airport (ECP)! Amenities including 2 outdoor gulf front pools, 1 indoor heated pool, game rooms, a huge beach front fitness center, movie theater, 4 hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, conference room, covered parking, a computer lounge and a game room. There is also a restaurant, convenience store, ice cream shop, and Starbucks!

There is a $54.04 resort fee you will pay directly to the resort at www.tidewaterhoa.com or at your arrival at their front desk located on the 2nd floor.

Great clean and fun stay!

The condo was just as described, and super clean. My mom cooked breakfast and had everything she needed in the kitchen. The condo was also walking distance to restaurants. Communication with the host was amazing. The view was beautiful! I will definitely be rebooking again soon.
