We got an upgraded room by paying extra check in as we arrived a bit early. Room was absolutely gorgeous on 15th floor. Massive balcony and waking distance to the beach. Happy hours in the evening at the rooftop was just so gorgeous in the evening. Excellent buffet breakfast as well. Love it

Staff go out of their way to please the guests. The location of the property has less food options nearby compared to 1km to 2km further south, so would need to catch Grab for quick trip down south for more food options. The downside to this hotel was the strong foul smell in the lobby for the six days we stayed there. It had gotten worse as the longer we stayed.

Two main things I didn’t like. First - the housekeeping didn’t clean my room until late afternoon (after 4pm). Second - only hotel I’ve ever stayed at that made me wait to check out while they “checked” my room. That was highly insulting. I already had a card on file, so the “check” was unnecessary and a waste of my time.

Overpriced hotel - room wasn’t clean (cleaners clean the room without shoes), service was terricle making us feel like we were intruders rather than guests, lifts always slow and we needed to wait everytime we left and came back - outside hotel is not the best beach and we needed to walk a distance to the proper beach. Much better hotels are available so don’t choose this one

I hope Hotel.com and hotel to be honest.
I made a reservation for $37 per day including dinner. However, the hotel said it had not received a message from Hotel.com and only provided a breakfast buffet. And they told me to resolve this issue with Hotel.com. I also signed up for insurance. Please refund the difference of $21 x 3 days. I made a reservation for a high floor with a view of the ocean, but they gave me a room 10th floor with a city view and a bit of the ocean. After a long time, I finally got a room on the 26th floor with a ocean view. I hope this doesn't happen again in the future.

Good position
Nice position for the beach, we did not enjoy the best of weather so we spent a lot of time in taxi's going into town. Not expensive. Hotel staff etc are very helpful and professional. Our onlycritisim were the the lifts for 36 floors and as there are only 4 geting up and down to breakfast in the morning could be difficult. But once again a good hotel.

Rooms smelt like stale moldy carpet. They switched my room and once the AC was off the same thing. Elevators are very busy and in the morning you will be waiting a long time to get on

Guard/doorman doesn’t really do or ask if you need anything. Poor English skill. Doesn’t help with baggage. Shower was not good condition, appeared old. Not near the main beach. Limited entertainment or venues in surrounding area. The pool is small. The jacuzzi and sauna was not hot enough. On the plus side the receptionist and staff were nice. The repair man was good. Had to fix a leak in the toilet and they gave me complimentary desert. Hotel layout is weird. There appears to be a conjoining hotel call Altara within this hotel.

Hotel is located away from the main beach activities. It is nice and quiet if you want the quieter part of the beach. The hotel bed is very comfortable. The drainage of the bathroom can be improved. I unknowinly flooded the bathroom during my shower but thankfully it was on the day I was checking out. Other than that my stay was mostly pleasant.

Although located near the tail end of the beach hotels/resort stretch it is still rather near to most places where most activities take place at the beach and eateries along the way. Staff of Four Points are very friendly and helpful. Their hospitable attitude make guests feel most welcome

Love the stay
The room is comfortable and has a great view of the beach (it itself is located right next to the beach). You can even see the beach while taking a soak in the bathtub. The room’s clean and the hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar and pool are great too, with good views of the city and beach. Because it opens up to both east and west, you can catch both sunrise and sunset. Thanks to Vien, the bar manager, my last night in the city was good. Will miss the city and Four Points.

It may appear like a high end hotel but, in truth, there is no customer service whatsoever which is disappointing. Worse yet, management defends the lack of service saying that is not standard at a Four Points. Do yourself a favor and stay someone else.

Excellent hotel
We booked 4 rooms for 5 nights at this beautiful hotel right at the beach on main street of Da Nang. The rooms have beach view from balcony and very comfortable. Across the road is a quiet beach for you to enjoy. Taxi are right at the door for you to catch to go around town. The staff are very friendly and always try their best to provide the services you required. The roof-top bar has wonderful view of Da Nang at night.

It is a good value for the money and I did like the hotel. Behind it are numerous restaurants and some stores. Beach access was nice. The morning breakfast was great but they saw fit to charge for my daughter when they could have comped it which I thought was a cheap move. The room was nice and we had a balcony but there is no furniture?! why!? how are you supposed to enjoy a balcony with no small chair or areas to relax? It's just dumb. In addition, CLEAN THE WINDOWS AND GLASS throughout the hotel. They are all dingy and grimy. The glass on the balcony was black and dirty. Ditto in the breakfast dining room. There is really no excuse for this and shows lack of care.

Our anniversary stay
This time we stayed there for our wedding anniversary trip. I wanted to relax with my family, but the group from Korea was so noisy that I could not relax, especially when I was looking forward to breakfast.

Overall, the stay was fine. I travelled from Hue to visit Da Nang after many years. The location is great. It’s right next to the beach. My room has a nice bathtub with city and beach view at the same time. Breakfast is nice with various selections. Gym room is super clean with jacuzzi, hot & dry sauna. I will definitely come back next time when I’m in Da Nang.

Nice and pleasant stay
Great hotel, was not opened the first time when I went to danang. This trip it was opened and everything went great. Only issue was the speed of the lifts that the wait was long during peak hours of breakfast due to the number of guests. Also for house keeping, it is always fine very late around the 4pm.
