"Property needs an upgrade. My room was large and airy but the bathroom shower rail was very rusty . The staff are very polite and helpful and the food was of good standard.Will probably not stay again."

"Beautiful row of houses. Close to beach. Parking available outside property on quiet street. Basic room with sink, shared toilet and shower. Nice warm room. Tv, tea, coffee and biscuits. Comfy bed. Bathroom was on another floor, up squeeky stairs. But ok. Breakfast wasn't till 8.30 which is a bit late for me. I was on the road by 7.30. Great value for money."

"Easy parking, wonderful staff in reception and bar, beautiful grounds to have a walk around, the room was in keeping with traditional style with a modern bathroom, large TV, option to have a later check out (at a cost). Very very nice price. Will absolutely stay again"
