The place is clean but alil outdate. It’s right next to In and Out Burgers The location was good for our stay There was iffy ppl hanging around the property we saw a fight right out front of entrance The bed was ok room was very spacious Place is right off the feeder road but it wasn’t noisy. There is a few places to eat around there. Our stay was good

The property was very clean and I loved the fact that u couldn’t access the hotel unless you had a room key so no one from the outside could just hangout in the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful and you can smell the cleanliness of the hotel the minute you walked in

For the wonderful price I paid, I should be giving this place 5 stars. My daughter was in a hospital 1 mile away from the hotel, and all I needed was a clean room with a bed and a shower. That I most definitely enjoyed. The only potential issue others may have is that this hotel seems to be located in an area where you may find a significant number of homeless folks and others begging on the street corners near the hotel. I walked from the hospital to the hotel, and they all seemed to be quite harmless. Had I taken a taxi or a ride share from the hospital, I would not have experienced the sad homeless in the area. An added plus is that a Starbucks is less than 50 steps from the hotel. All said, I would recommend this hotel - but just drive there instead of walking like I did. My room was clean and it provided me with the comfortable bed and shower I needed for my one night stay near the hospital in Dallas.

Upon arriving the hotel smells like cigarettes and weed. There is always someone at the front desk and they were quite helpful- smooth check in and out. We asked for extra towels and they had little hairs, holes, and stains + shower water was always cold, I called someone from the front but they didn’t send anyone out. A random loud alarm went off at 6:30am, sounded like a fire alarm but nothing happened. It was OK if you need something cheap, but I wouldn’t come back.

I’ve stayed here many times. It’s not that impressive looking on the outside but the rooms are very nice, on par with Hampton Inns and usually at half the price. Very clean, good TV, mini fridge and microwave. Good beds and linen, work table and a comfortable leather type chair to sit in. Female desk staff are very good. Male desk staff are excellent.
