The room was clean and stocked. Staff was available 24/7. The hotel was clean over all. Breakfast was good and staff attended the area well. The only downside was we went for the indoor pool and the water was very cold and the pool room AC was on insteead of heating for the cold weather in December. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

Conveniently located, clean, and quiet.

I had a friendly check in, a clean room, breakfast was great, and there were plenty of food choices available nearby, including grocery stores, shopping, etc. The hotel was relatively quiet, considering its convenient location next to I-635.

For the most part, we enjoyed our stay at this Fairfield. Our rooms were pretty clean and the complimentary breakfast was good. Only small complaints we had were that certain front counter staff members could definitely be friendlier and they seem to have issues with their room key system as our cards deactivated several times during our stay. Housekeeping staff were always friendly! Would recommend for short or longer term stays in the Dallas area.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the whole facility is a bit outdated and run down. The sink in one of rooms was backed up, tiles in both of our rooms were loose, the parking lot is full of holes, and the noise from the freeway can be heard over the television.

A great location to relax

They stay was wonderful and comfortable. I recommend for family or solo trip. It’s quiet and the staff are amazing. The surrounding area has a lot of benefits for food, shopping, and outings. If you don’t have a car or uber this is also a beneficial hotel. The breakfast is okay, if you don’t eat pork don’t depend on the breakfast as much. The pool is beautiful and clean as well.
