"Loved the friendly & helpful staff, our only grip was the room was small and we could hear very clearly the next room. I was disappointed in the room size, we normally stay in a premier room at one of the premier inns in Carlisle for very similar cost."

"Lovely place. Very clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The on-site restaurants are both fantastic and you got a free drink in the on-site restaurant if you booked a meal and in the apartment you got complimentary crumpets butter and milk which was very helpful"
