"Absolutely the worst place. I even brought up that there was blood on my door, rips and cuts on the drapes and comforter, and the other room had roaches in the fridge. They said they would refund the stay partially but still haven’t. They have ghosted me as well."

"Do your research! We did not stay at the hotel they pictured, nor were we able to swim at the gorgeous pool they pictured. We were on the resort side, which was fine, but Expedia was very deceiving in what we were getting. We drove 15 hours for this trip and were extremely disappointed."
