"It was a traditional three bed room town house so it was more than enough for two of us but we really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, quiet and very convenient to the train station, local shops and restaurants. The beach is just 3 mins walk away. The communication with the landlady was very good as well and Ruth was very helpful. We like Bridlington a lot so definitely consider to come back to this house again. "

Flamborough Rock House & Cottage - village centre location - sleeps 12
10/10 Excellent
"Fantastic property with everything you need for a big family holiday. We managed to cook easily in the 2 kitchens, had everything you need to make big meals. (Maybe could do with a couple of extra big pans and some lasagne dishes, plus some new baking trays but otherwise fantastic!).The beds were all really comfy and had bigger/larger duvets on which we liked!!!The bathrooms were great, although the main house doesn’t have a shower in the main bathroom only a bath which was a bit frustrating as these people had to use the en-suite showers. The outside area/yard was our hub and where we spent all our time. There were 12 of us and our dogs and it was comfortable for us all.Flamborough was great, 3 pubs in the village, the seabirds was lovely and has an outside food shack serving pizzas and chicken which our teenagers enjoyed. The weather was lovely during our stay so most of the time we sat in the beer gardens but the pubs were great, perhaps not stockists of the most up to date drinks (they didn’t know what aperol was?!?!).The coop is literally a stones throw from the house and is well stocked. There are a lots of green spaces for dogs and kids, the cricket club, tennis courts and play area were great.Great house in a great location and the hosts were very accommodating."
"Property is located just off main road with regular bus service and plenty of parking. Clean and friendly hotel with excellent breakfast. Stayed annumber of times and will go back."
"The property is superb - spacious, spotlessly clean, very comfortable with extremely tasteful fixtures & fittings. Faye (the owner) was very professional pre-holiday, replying within minutes regarding a couple of queries. This point offered surety, when based against the 'fob-off', fake news merchants within todays society. We were 2 adults with our 2 young grand children, and pleasantly suprised with the amount of room internally, plus separate eating and relaxing area along the ample patio area. The Lodge sits above a daily manecured grass area perfect for kiddies to play on."
