"Room was clean, staff was super friendly, only small issue I had previously gotten a late checkout for 12pm and we came back to room from breakfast at 11:20 and our keys didn’t work. Whoever changed my checkout or ok it, didn’t change it in their system. "

"Everything, the staff, the room, the location, it’s all excellent. In addition, they had a room available for me at around 12:30, which was great. And the checkout is at 12 noon, instead of this 11 AM stuff. Excellent hotel"

"Even though it's at the airport, it is so quiet. This was my 4th visit and the staff is always very professional and friendly. The ladies use all safety steps checking you in. It is located in a very convenient area of the airport, near restaurants, check in counters, and drop-off area outside. "

"Very clean. Great shuttle service to cruise ports and airport! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Strangely though, the have advertisements in hallways and elevators for their bar, which does not exist. Good drinks and food next door though at Hyatt House. Definitely recommend this property."
