"The hotel is newly renovated and the room was nice and spacious. The front desk was extremely nice and helpful. Kudos to Farzana who went out of her way to help us. They had a shuttle pick us up from the cruise port when we got of the ship. $10 per person. We arrived at the hotel early and within a short amount of time they were able to get us a room. The breakfast buffet was very good. Fresh cooked scrambled eggs, bacon and orange juice. Fresh fruit and coffee. Many other items to enjoy "

"Wonderful location. Extremely-helpful Staff. Teneus was top notch with his assistance for dining locations, help with valet, information as he accompanied us to the room, and was available throughout our time there!"

"The elevator is broken. It gets stuck now and again and staff is unreacheable in those circumstances "

"Room was freezing thermostat read 28 degrees After someone looked at it, it was 80 degrees someone came up and said since the room was very cold ( I could of stored meat in that room)so someone bought up a electric heater which didnt warm the room out last night they offered to change our room I wasn't going to pack and repack and leave the next day awful stay"
