"Fantastic location. Very clean And hospitable customer service. Definitely would recommend this hotel for those wanting to be walking distance to the main strip, literally steps to the ocean. The only negative is that the AC in our room did not work properly it was uncomfortable sleeping at night but we didn’t complain"

"I was completely exhausted when i got to the location as i drove straight from Columbus, Oh. The man told me it was going to be $100 as i was many hours before check in. I told him id go find a beach to park at and went and sat in my car. The man seen me and my family out there and came to get me a room because i was so exhausted he gsve me the room at a much lower rate. It was a very much appreciated disply of compassion for making the customer feel importsnt "
"We stayed at AC Hotel for 3 nights, 4 days. The hotel was very clean, easy access to the beach, and walking distances to shops and restaurants. The area around the hotel was well taken care of and the amenities included (beach chairs, towels, beach bag, etc) were helpful to have. The pool was a little small. Overall, I would recommend AC Hotel to anyone traveling to Fort Lauderdale !"

Service in the hotel with everyone was very good.
The response to anything bad that you asked would be the bathroom towel could use some Downy fabric softener.

"We were coming back from a cruise and staying an extra day in Fort Lauderdale and I wanted to stay somewhere nice. This place fit the bill. Not only were we allowed to check in early, but we were upgraded to a nicer room that was quite spacious and had a balcony. The beach is right there and there is an adult only pool if we wanted to chill and relax. The staff answered all of my questions. The property offers laundry facilities for guests. There is also a spa, gym, and a variety of restaurants. I plan to go back. "
