Jane was quick to respond with any issues (we had an issue with the Brita pitcher not filling and she replaced immediately). I haven’t had that good of a nights rest in a very long time! "We stayed at the Holiday Inn for two nights, super close to the cruise terminal. Breakfast was okay but it was nice to have and Tim, the shuttle driver, was great. The only downside was the bathroom door, which kept getting stuck and often needed assistance to open. Overall, a solid stay!"
