"The staff at the front check in were super helpful and kind. Expedia messed up my room that I booked. Expedia was supposed to book 2 double beds and a balcony but when I arrived they had a king and no balcony. The front desk was super helpful and was able to get me a double bed room with an amazing view of the ocean and beach. "

"The staff were always welcoming and forthcoming in their greetings. The guy who works the pool area should get a raise! He was off one day and it clearly showed. He was always at the ready with towels or putting up or down the umbrellas. His day off, it was a struggle. "

"Fantastic hotel in a fantastic location. Zero complaints. But be warned, if you’re a light sleeper you might be unimpressed. I could clearly hear loud talkers in the room next door. Also, all of room doors slam shut. And I mean slam. You will hear it 24/7. That was annoying. The room doors do absolutely nothing to hide sound. May as well hang a curtain in the doorframe it’s the equivalent for sound deadening. That said, I’m not picky, I get that it’s not home and I will absolutely stay here again. Room 822"
