"David was very helpful when I first booked this property and the payment didn't process correctly. He worked closely with me to make sure everything workout with my stay and I was very thankful for his assistance. The property was very nice, the canal view added a nice peaceful aspect to the backyard. The pool was warm and inviting and we spent a good amount of time there. Overall the neighborhood was quiet and I didn’t have any complaints about my stay. They make sure you have what you need to make your stay as seamless as possible."

"I chose that title, as we saw a Tina Turner Revue at the Dania Casino while we were in town. The house itself is nice on first impressions. However, as one looks around more, it seems as if it’s an unfinished project, or non-professionally done. Major gripes ? The bathroom door in the “master bedroom” is hard to close / open, and leaves a gap when supposedly closed. The framing around the doorway, especially at floor level, looked very poorly planned, and even as if it had been quite wet at some point. No electric outlets in the master bath. Very few electric outlets throughout the house. The kitchen had hardware on some drawers and cabinets, but not on others. We were not left with any laundry soap, no hand towels for the bathrooms. The TV system was not very operator friendly. On the bright side, the neighborhood was easy access, and seemed good enough, though some houses looked a bit run down. It was our understanding from a friend that the neighborhood is going through renovations. The pool looked very inviting, though a bit too cool for us to get in while there. We loved being right on the river, and did see several kayaks float by. The temperature was easy to control in the house, and we had no problems with hot water. It is sparsely decorated, and not everything you see in the pictures, is in the house. It has the “bones” to be a good house with some more work and TLC. It’s livable now, and not unbearable, just not the best property we have stayed in."

"I initially was going to stay in a different date but my plans changed last minute. I appreciate that Jeff and James offered me options and I loved to stay there. It’s so close to Wilton Drive where all the entertainment is in the Manors. Plus the place is lovely! Great hosts!"

"We stayed here for Easter Break with my family of 5. House was great and the neighborhood was very quaint and welcoming. The Stork Bakery a few hundred yards away became our second kitchen! The inter coastal waterway was a great scenic add on when using the pool in the backyard. Beach was a 5 minute drive and I found parking cheap and easy at all times of the day. You’ll love this house!"
