"Got to room and it was hot. Called down to ask if air con was out and instead of answering said they’d send someone up. 30 min later, called again & said she would put in a note for maintenance. 35 min later got a text asking if I was happy with the check-in. Said yes BUT, didn’t get any water & air con seems to be out. Replied saying would send someone right away. In the meantime, went down & asked concierge for water & he very nicely got some😍He said convenience store was sold out & he said, they should have given you Checked out at 10am and never saw a maintenance person!"

"Front desk person was not overly friendly. Although he helped me with parking I felt like it was an inconvenience. The rooms had terrible covers. Terrible pillows. No Kleenex. Extra charges were ridiculous. High end Hookers / prostitutes were outside "

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location, for us, was excellent as it was only a short drive to the cruise port. Unfortunately, it was quite expensive for an overnight stay. The breakfast was lame. A dried out muffin in seal plastic, a coffee and maybe a small yoghurt. I expected more. "

"This was a basic room. It was very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. There was a microwave and refrigerator and there was plenty of parking spaces. We felt the area was pretty safe and it was close to cruise terminals. The only concern was one of the front gates did not lock so it wasn’t as secure as it could have been."
