"Out of the four elevators only 2 worked , room was clean , you can tell the place has bin painted a few times in its lifetime , it was cold the week we were there and thermostat didn’t seem to have any heat "

"My room is very clean. The staff was extremely friendly. And helpful. I would highly recommend your property."

"Floors in room were filthy and our bare feet were covered in filth. There were no blankets on the bed on a chilly night. Sleeping with just a light sheet was terrible. There was no morning coffee available and we walked a mile and a half to get water and coffee. There was no place nearby to eat for dinner when we arrived from out of state and we spent a lot to go into the town to eat. Only plus is it has a shuttle to the cruise port."

"Location was great - about a 400 yard walk to Hollywood beach. Fan in the bedroom was broken and beds were not very comfortable. The pool is right off the main road, and is far too loud to enjoy any time there. "

"Very loud. You can hear people snoring in the next room. Music playing in the hallway all night. Thin walls. Smelling of pot through the balcony door"
