"Love how safe it is to enter the property. Was surprised that there were so many stairs to our apartment.. overall good place to stay, clean and comfortable"

"Probably the best situated hotel in Copenhagen. Everything was within walking distance and if you get a top floor room on the left side, you get an amazing view of the church dome."
"Hotel was very clean and a decent size for the 4 of us to fit in it. Breakfast was good but I'd recommend staying away from the restaurant which we felt was poor. Great location less than a 10 minute walk to Tivoli, the metro, or train station."
"Review of a solo woman traveler:
The best things about this hotel:
The location is great, it’s a quick walk to a lot of the main attracting areas such as Nyhavn.
The hotel is very clean, no complaints there at all.
The restaurant looked very nice, I did not eat there myself, but it was packed for breakfast every morning, and it looked and smelled good.
Check-in was fast and easy and self-service.
Because of the self check in, I didn’t really interact with any staff so I can’t comment on that.
All of the elevators were very fast!
Things I did not love:
There is no room phone where you can call to the front desk.
There was a little walkway area to the side of the hotel, where teenagers would congregate every evening and play really loud music and smoke various things. One night there was also a man there who appeared to be intoxicated and was by himself, but ranting loudly. This bothered me because it made me feel less safe, and the walkway was directly to a little market just behind the hotel which I liked to frequent. But I was nervous, walking back to the hotel."
"We loved the location of this lovely hotel. Across the street from Tivoli and Copenhagen central station. This is the third time we have stayed here and we would stay here again."
"Fantastic hotel, the pool was a bit busy with kids playing but nothing outrageous, the sauna was nice. Lovely sticks and sushi restaurant on the top floor.
Room was great, only small complaint was that there was a sign about re-using the towels which I wanted to do to be a bit more environmentally friendly, but they took the towels away anyway. No big deal though"
"Staff helpful. Breakfast large and varied. The property is large, but doesn't feel like a big hotel. Close to train station and metro. Easy walk to many sights."
