"I have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the past few years. Great location attached to Dadeland mall.
Staff is always helpful and facilitating.
Front Desk Supervisor, Charlie, was particularly helpful during our latest stay. Tried his best to accomodate us when we arrived early for check-in.
No negatives to highlight. "

"The location of the hotel was great. Everything was walking distance. The hotel was very great and comfortable especially staying with a toddler.
The staff overall wasn’t too great. We only met like 3 of the employees who were on shift throughout our stay that were actually helpful, nice and welcoming to us, especially Charles who checked us in. The rest of the employees we met were rude and seemed like they didn’t want to work much.
The Bistro (restaurant) in the hotel was good but a little pricey. Honestly worth the prices though.
The pool was clean and the temperature was just right not to cold nor hot lol but unfortunately the jacuzzi wasn’t working while we stayed there so we couldn’t enjoy that.
The only main thing I didn’t like about the stay honestly was that our second day there the fire alarm , speaker phone to evacuate and some weird peeping noise kept going off for about 1-2 hours. We were told it wasn’t anything to panic about that it was a malfunction but it had me worried at first because of us having our toddler with us but after a while it just got aggravating.
Overall I would most definitely book again ! "
