Excellent hotel and location, impressive decoration in lobby and rooms. I stayed in a suite (Hansen) with 2 bathrooms. The bedroom is very nice with a comfortable bed. The main bathroom is top notch. Shower is rainfall and floor in the bathroom is heated. Both shower and bathtub is run by electronic buttons with a digital temperature settings. Toilet is with integral wash and dry facility. Great experience

I really liked the design of the hotel, unfortunately sometimes it lacked functionality. It was not possible to lock your room when inside, the AC was not working in the room, it was extremely hot, stuffy (and it was in March) the receptionist advised us to open the window, with the promise of sending maintenance the next day. Nobody came though. The check-in process was tedious, I do not understand why the agent does not write down all your personal details into the system, instead the guest...

Our two-night stay was truly rewarding ...with a well-appointed and spacious room ( 389) , a warm and efficient service from all members of the team , at reception , from the porter, at the bar and at the breakfast room which offers a truly great buffet.Hotel is served by tram line nr 2 which brings you to all main touristic spots but you can easily walk too the bar and restaurant area within 10 mins.We'll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel location is the best you can get, the service was top notch, the rooms were new and very nicely design. We'll be back again for sure.
