"Nice hotel. Staff was nice. The hotel is a little dated but our suite was large and spacious. Shower was awkward. The only thing was that that housekeeping didn’t come around until close to 5pm our second day there and we were getting ready to go out for dinner so it did not get cleaned. Having said that, I asked the front desk to please have them clean our room the next day. They came much earlier while we were out and they did a nice job."

"I paid their pre authorization charge (the entire cost of the room) and then didn’t get the money back. They wanted to charge me again for the room and said I’d be getting the original charge back soon. That’s all fine except for the fact that I didn’t have enough to pay for the room a second time. Because of this, I couldn’t pay for my room and it had to be canceled. I just came to meet up with someone in town the next day, but I had to drive four and a half hours back home the same night. It was incredibly inconvenient. I understand it’s a policy, but it’s not a great one."

"Neither the TV nor the phone worked in my room. A staff member came up and unplugged both and then plugged them back in hoping that would work (it didn't) but stated that they had no maintenance staff in the evenings and could not fix either during my one night stay. "

"Overall, a nice property. If the things like carpet being dated and areas being dated, it’s a great spot."

"I didn't get no breakfast there was no breakfast there was holes in the sheets there was roaches in the room The manager was very disrespectful and nasty The staff members at night was the only cool people very dirty will never go back again"
