"The accessible room was well designed, spacious, and grab bars in good locations. The shower and tub configuration was perfect. Much like a Japanese style bath done American-style. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Handicap parking was very convenient to accessible rooms. The Club also convenient. Appreciated having NHK-World TV on the offerings. "

"Everything was great except a woman (manager?) in the cafeteria (Kitchen) was not friendly during the Sunday breakfast probably because we took a little longer time to chat with our cousins who were also staying in the same hotel. She snapped at us and ordered us to return/place the plates/utensils to the bin where they keep the used/dirty plates until they wash them… It was a little disappointing to get snapped at… Other than that it is a great hotel: clean, amenities, like the gym, courteous staff…."

"The hotel atrium is fabulous. We have stayed yearly to play music at New Years, birthday celebrations and family visits. The staff are professional, kind and attentive and make it a pleasure. Everyone appears to cater to each guest making them feel special and making sure that everything is wonderful. What a great team! "
