The rooms were nice and clean but the beds are due for an upgrade. Way too soft. Suitable for a short stay though.

The property is cute and it does feel like being in a treehouse. However there isnt a car park you have to use the one next door which is a private and not cheap. There is no lift in the carpark so if you have a disability you're not going to have fun. Oh Then there are also steps to the get to the lift inside the hotel. I also booked the king size room, but there is no way that the bed in the room was a king, me and my friend we both have a king at home and the that bed was a double at best, we were almost on top of each other. I brought it up when we checked out, and was told it was a standard uk king and that was that....it definitely was not. Our room was at the front of the hotel (main road) and there is no double glazing, it was so noisy, especially with the xmas market and all the restaurants/shops across the road.

Very nice staff. Don't use the laundry service - too expensive. Room was warm because you set it yourself.

There was no airport shuttle service…I was told to download the uber app! There wasn’t any food available when I arrived at 7pm as I was told there wasn’t a restaurant so I had to go to the local Tesco. So I’m not sure how breakfast could be served and I left too early to find out. The room was inexpensive and served a purpose for my travel to the airport.
