The hotel is amazing, best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Only issue was getting woken at 6am bye a telephone call from reception. Not once, but twice. Asking if we had booked a taxi, which we hadn’t. There’s also renovations ongoing, so once back asleep after the phone call, we had constant drilling

The staff were very friendly. Great choices for breakfast. Room was clean and tidy. Within walking distance of bus stops and the tram/train stations. Would definitely recommend and use this hotel again.

We were parallel to Piccadilly near everything. The location is superb. The "back-picadilly" location might be off putting if you don't know Manchester layout. The lad showing us the flat was lovely Ground floor flat was slightly noisy, but once again, that's fine if you know the area Room and facilities first class

Service was amazing, hotel room was clean and very comfortable. Only let down was breakfast food was delicious but i felt bad as there wasn't enough staff on to cover a busy saturday morning. the member of staff working did a great job.
