The Space:

The apartment sleeps up to two guests in one bedroom with a comfortable double bed. Fresh bed linens and towels are provided for every stay.



The open-plan living and kitchen area has a corner sofa, a wall-mounted TV and plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee-making facilities and all the crockery and cutlery you'll need, plus a washing machine and iron for longer stays. There is central heating throughout, hot water on tap and WiFi.



There is a full bathroom, with shower, basin and WC. Free parking is available on the premises.



Guest Access:

Access is easy and flexible: There's a key box located outside the main communal door at the front of the property, When inside walk along the corridor turn left, you will see stairs ahead, the apartment is on the second floor. The apartment door is located at the end of the hallway. You'll be given the code when your booking is confirmed, so you can let yourself in whenever suits your arrival.

Larchfield House sits just off Coniscliffe Road in central Darlington, within easy walking distance of the town centre's shops, cafes, restaurants and bars.
