Room evaluation: The rooms are spacious and fully equipped with all necessary amenities, but the lack of room-cleaning service for two days is very disappointing. The hotel’s location is very good, close to the city center. Breakfast: Very good and varied. Staff: Average — not cooperative and not proactive. Overall, the hotel is overpriced, especially considering that room-cleaning services are not available.

This hotel used to be super clean and it seems it hasn’t been well maintained. The day staff was fine and helpful. But, the night reception staff was dissapointing. For example, the man who checked us in didn’t really know how to speak English - he was using Google Translate - to speak with us. We repeatly kept making new keys because one of them never worked. Until, I had to specifically asked, if they could make sure both worked. Cleaning mess wasn’t there anymore, the edge between the shower and the sync was never cleaned during our stay.

Room was amazing. Clean and modern. Staff were great. Breakfast was first class. Did not use wi-if because they wanted my email address. Why? I get enough junk email. AC/Heat was not working but room was cool enough with window open. TV channels were all pixelated so couldn’t watch anything.
