What a surprising airport hotel. I did not expect it. The room was very spacious. Surprisingly big really. The bathroom was rather contemporary and clean. Room was quiet. The shuttle to the airport goes around the clock (or at least when I needed it for a small fee). I won definitely recommend this hotel.

A really good welcome and a free car park (once reg entered onto system at Reception). The double room was large and clean. As this is a heritage building, there is an impressively sloping - and creaking/squeaking - floor. Luckily, I couldn’t hear much from the function room below, and nothing from the bar. But a lot of noise from other room’s plumbing and doors slamming can be heard in the room. Plus there is light from under the main room door so it may not be fire-safe. I’d recommend bringing ear plugs. There’s an extensive ‘pub grub’ menu available on-site, and plenty of eateries nearby including a chippy opposite. Sainsbury’s is under 5 mins walk too.

The room was clean and bathroom/shower excellent.
