One of the home's biggest advantages is its private backyard setting. The property backs directly to conservation with no rear neighbors, giving guests peaceful natural Florida scenery instead of another vacation home directly behind the pool.

Start your morning with coffee on the screened lanai while enjoying the conservation view, spend the afternoon swimming, or relax outdoors as the Florida day winds down.

The west-facing private pool is especially appealing for guests who enjoy afternoon and evening sunshine around the pool. A spacious screened lanai, pool deck, and outdoor furniture give everyone plenty of room to gather and enjoy the home's peaceful outdoor setting.

The adjoining private spa provides another place to relax beside the pool. The spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa is heated to the same temperature as the swimming pool.
