House of was amazing. Everything was as described. Unfortunately I was unable to enter the house upon arrival due to the key not being in the lock box. Took 45 minutes to get customer service to get a door code for the key pad. In the midst of trying to gain access to the home I have guest arriving and can’t get past security at the gate due to no one being on the booking other then myself. I gave the names of my guest when booking a month prior and even contacted the property manager a week before to confirm the names. I was told the names don’t matter just the number of occupants. It DOES MATTER!!! Your guest will be stuck outside the gate until you can get the property manager on the phone to add the names to the booking. It’s extremely difficult to get the property manager Jeeves when it’s very close to checking in. I do recommend you call earlier in the day just to confirm your guests so they’re not waiting outside the gate…
