Lovely place

Was a great stay and location. The place was as advertised and clean. Only note was the request to launder towels and or linens as to not leave excessive laundry; however, there was no detergent to do that.

Golf vacation

Amazing stay this is the best house we have rented in the Orlando area and we have been coming here for 15 year. Linda was amazing and took care of all our needs. If we come down next year we are sure to rent this house again.

Beautiful villa

We had a great time as this villa, everything you could want. Ease of access, location was great and very quiet in a lovely gated community. We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa.

Annual Spring Golf Trip

Awesome property which met all our needs. Four old guys from Canada. The property manager was knowledgable, friendly and prompt with a couple minor questions. Definitely bookmarked for future trips.

Nice house

Nice house in a gated community within reasonable driving distance to Disney. Easy driving to and from the highway. The pool and spa were nice, but would definitely recommend paying extra for the heating if suggested before your stay as it didn't quite heat up to a comfortable level until the end of our second day (Christmas time). If you're staying more than a couple days, bring your own soaps/detergent and toilet paper as there's only enough provided for a short stay. There are grocery stores not far if you need supplies.

Plenty of space. We only had three adults but it would have been more than enough for eight.

The home was great and ideal for parties of up to eight. The only downside is the major highway running through town, so my only advice would be to give yourself plenty of time to get around, or just take all rights everywhere haha. Overall it was fantastic and we would stay here again. Plenty of local restaurants nearby and a brand new public’s about 8 minutes away

Great, safe, quiet location near parks. Limited parking (2 spaces, no street parking allowed). Owner plans on replacing mattress in master in January (sunk in on one side).

Wonderful house

The house was extremely clean, kitchen had brand new pots and pans and lots of dishes and silverware. The beds were wonderful with lots of extra pillows and blankets in the closets, the carpets were clean. The pool was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Just a really nice house that was well taken care of. Can’t go wrong with this rental!

Disney 2023-Best vacation ever

This is truly home away from home. So beautiful and spacious!! AND CLEAN! Probably one of the cleanest properties we have ever stayed at. FULLY equipped with everything you could possibly need in a rental property. Only 18-30 minutes to anywhere in Orlando/Disney. Both property owner and manager we very responsive, helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend and will definitely book for future visits to the Orlando area.

A relaxing, well appointed, comfortable home - our family loved it

We have stayed in Davenport 4 times in the last 14 years and this property was the best out of them. It is well appointed, comfortable and a relaxing environment. We had no issues during our stay with the property, we met the nice management agent on the 1st Monday for the security insurance/deposit and all went smoothly. My family does not have a bad word to say about the experience. It is certainly recommended by my family. We are missing it now. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Have to say this was the 4th year I have gone to Florida for golf trip and this was the best house yet great to book great to contact and house was great...Heated pool was much needed do to very cold spell that came thru was able to use pool everyday. .Would book again and hope my golf tournament is near this house next year would rebook this house in a second. ..Thanks for everything

Perfect for What we needed.

Great house! Location was central so we could drive to Tampa, Orlando, or the east coast. I wish that I knew we need to bring our own garbage bags, and coffee filters. Only 1roll roll of toilet paper per bath per visit. Had to buy that and paper towels as well. Not a huge deal, but would have been nice to know. Never had that at a VRBO before. Thanks for a great vacation.

Victoria’s Villa

Lovely villa in a quiet location with all amenities to make for a great stay. Very limited contact with property manager but this was not required as knew the area and had visited many times before. Digital access made access really easy especially as we couldn’t open the key safe but great as didn’t have to worry about a physical key. Pool cover was off when we arrived so we left this off. If we had thought about it earlier would have been better to use as the tree overhanging the pool did drop lots of debris into the pool but our mistake for not covering this after each use. Thank you for the use of your villa which was exactly as described.

A great home away from home!

Our family drove down to Florida from Ontario, Canada and we thought this home was a great "home away from home" for our family to enjoy during our stay while being able to spread out. The house was nice and clean and as a family who likes our space, this home was perfect! Victoria was excellent throughout all of our communication leading up to the vacation. The property manager was friendly and answered our questions when we met with her. The pool was fantastic and we're very glad we opted to get it heated as the weather was quite cold for the first half of our trip. Lots of what you need is there, including drying racks for clothing, bathing suits, etc. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a beautiful home and neighbourhood to reside in while visiting Orlando area. We felt safe and there were lots of stores and dining options nearby.

Lovely house in a great location

We really enjoyed our recent stay at Victoria's Villa in the Hamlet, West Haven. The location was very convenient for access to the I-4 and therefore the Disney Parks were only 20-30 minutes away. The restaurants, supermarkets and take-aways on Route 27, Posner Park & at ChampionsGate were very convenient. The street was very quiet and felt very safe being in a gated community. The house has everything we needed and so much space for 3 adults and 2 children. The bedroom layouts worked really well for our group and the bed in the master bedroom was incredibly comfortable!! The kitchen was well equipped and everything was in good working order. The children loved the swimming pool and the games room. The website described the house very accurately. The arrival instructions were very clear. Lynda, the manager was lovely when she popped round to see us after our arrival. We would highly recommend Victoria's Villa; and hope that we can return again in the future.

Family Trip to Disney

I can’t say enough great things about this property. The owner is wonderful & the property manager Linda was the best one we’ve worked with in years! They both went above and being to make our stay perfect! The rooms are comfy. The pool is wonderful! It’s close to anything you’d want to do or need! But I will say this, and there is ZERO responsibility on the owner and property manager with this, DO NOT park on the walkway attached to the driveway even a little bit—like at all. Because the Home Owner’s Association WILL tow your vehicle at 2:30AM while you are asleep without any notice & you will have to chase it down & pay $200 to get it back from some relatively unpleasant people. We know this from personal experience! Other than that, we had one of the best vacations ever and a great deal of it had to do with the house itself being so wonderful & the owner & manager being fabulous too! We would definitely stay here again & recommend it highly to anyone!

Great Stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The property was just as described. There were a few cosmetic things (but not a big deal)…. the microwave handle was broken, so we had to take caution opening and closing. Also, the refrigerator light on the freezer side was off and around the ice maker was dirty, but we didn’t use it. The comforter and decorative pillows in the master bedroom smelled, but we stripped the bed and just used the white sheets. Other than those minor things everything else was great. Victoria is very communicative and answers all questions very promptly. I look forward to staying here again. Side note…. Rated the property manager a 1, only because they wouldn’t let me leave it blank. I never spoke to them so I couldn’t rate them.
