"This was the 4th Sonesta that we have stayed at...in one word it was disgusting: the rooms smelled, there were burnt rings on the kitchen floor, outdoor maintenance below par, a very meager breakfast, and, truthfully, if we could have got a refund we would have left. Where was pride in cleanliness and accountability? "

"Clean. Limited cable channels (long term issue with provider). Next to convention center. Elect for housekeeping so as not to confuse their schedule and then use the do not disturb magnet when desired. "

"Beds were comfortable. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage, waffle iron, bagels, etc. Pool was cold. Jacuzzi was warm. Wi-fi was free to members, fees for non-members. Up to 2 pets allowed. Modern decor, some wear in some areas. Room was clean with no smells. TV, micro, frig, hairdryer, iron in room."

"Nice clean spacious room. The staff were very friendly and the property was well kept. The restaurant looked good but we didn't end up eating there. We would stay there again for sure. "

"I was there 4 days and never saw the cleaning staff. The coffee pot in the room had mold in it,I reported it said they would replace it never did. Had to ask for towels , toilet paper, tissue, soap. I thought the Hilton was better than this"
