The hotel is old, and it shows, but even though the staff definately keep the rooms very clean. The location is convenient and near many attractions and shopping. Parking is free. For those not familair with Florida be aware that the tap water has a sulpher smell, no fault of the hotel, it is like that everywhere.

Nice 2 story hotel with a small pool overlooking the marina and yes a 10 minute walk over the bridge gets you to St George St, restaurants and shopping.
