"We had such a wonderful stay here for my husband’s birthday! The property is absolutely beautiful, and everything was very clean and well cared for. We especially loved all of the amenities offered; the pool was amazing and definitely one of the highlights of our stay! The hosts are also so responsive and kind.The location was also perfect for visiting St. Augustine and made it so easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. For the location, amenities, and quality of the property, we felt the price was very reasonable. We had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again!"

"The house was perfect for six friends to have a work from anywhere week. The house had plenty of spaces for us to spread out and have some privacy for working while also giving us spaces to gather together in the evenings. We had a great time."

"Such a beautiful and well maintained condo! We knew when we booked it, the bedrooms were upstairs. Because my wife has difficulty with stairs, it was our only negative, so won't make it there again. I believe it is the nicest condo we have stayed in, and we would highly recommend It to everyone. Excellent location, so impressed with Lauren our host, answered all of our questions and immediately! Had everything there we needed! All new appliances, comfortable furniture and beds! Can't come up with a single complaint. We stayed a week and absolutely loved it!"

"Our week long stay at this home made our vacation perfect! The home was very well maintained, clean and well stocked. Decorative touches throughout. Our hosts were exceptional at communication with any questions we had. Do not pass on this rental if you plan a stay in the area. ALL points of interest such as historical sites or multiple beaches are well within walking or driving distance. We would be very happy to stay here in the future! "The staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was wonderful, good selection and excellent service. The location was perfect, walked across the bridge right into the town. Beautiful views of the boats from our second floor balcony. The only negative, our room was musty, and the AC unit was inconsistent with providing cool air. We didn’t mention it to the manager, honestly, we were busy enjoying all the local history, beaches and wonderful restaurants. Would definitely stay here again."

"We traveled here as a couple and the feelings were split. The property location can't be beat. The front exterior does need a refresh and help with curb appeal, especially near the pool. Also, please mark the office location better. Every guest parked near our room and asked for directions lol. The view off the deck is gorgeous and it is conveniently located to everything downtown. Overall the room interior is fairly standard and reasonably clean. The bed was nice and comfy. A microwave would've been nice. The ac worked well but was loud. The exterior lights were noticeable in the room at night, especially because our room had one above our deck. The older gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the lady was gruff and abrupt at each interaction. Breakfast was not good on our days. Maybe it's better other times. The waffle was hard and the casserole rubbery. The social hour was great though. Snacks were good and plentiful! We look forward to possibly revisiting down the road when more renovations are completed."
