The Daytona Beach Resort is :
Undergoing restoration seawall repairs to be completed by Jan 1, 2027.
Undergoing elevator modernization to be completed by April 1, 2026.
✅ Open: North Pool, Indoor Pool, North & South Spa Tub Fitness Room/Sauna, Direct Beach Access, Unit/Lobby/Elevators.
🚧 Closed: Restaurant, Tiki Bar, Parking Garage, South Pool, Kiddie Pool.
🚗 Parking: Complimentary outdoor parking in front/south lots (1 vehicle limit, first-come).
Seawall construction is now underway at the property. Guests may experience noise, dust, and construction equipment in certain areas of the pool deck during this time. We sincerely apologize for the disruption and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to improve the resort for an even better guest experience.
