  • Upon entering this 2-bedroom 2-bathroom oceanfront condo, you will immediately notice the large windows and sliding glass doors that allow balcony access to amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean. A fully stocked kitchen so you can prepare your favorite meal or have all you need to enjoy one of the many wonderful eateries that deliver. Located in the quieter, northern part of Daytona Beach, just south of Ormond Beach and one mile north of the boardwalk and pier, you are close to shopping, nightlife, restaurants and of course the beach. Seven miles from the airport and speedway. Offering ONE assigned underground parking spot, 24-hour surveillance, keyed entry, on-site management, cable television, Wi-Fi, beachfront communal pool, fitness center, what more could you ask for.


    ****JAN 2026 UPDATES - This building in undergoing an extensive concrete restoration project. Hard walls are installed over all door and window openings blocking all views and balcony access and will likely remain up until mid-May 2026. Please see updated pictures of the affected areas. Discounts will be applied for inconvenience. Noise will be likely heard Monday - Friday 745 am to 4 pm weather permitting.

    Pool is open (not heated) Beach steps have been restored.
