Van Lee 705 is a newly renovated two-bedroom and two-bath oceanfront condo in the heart of charming Ormond Beach, Florida. The condo sleeps 6 with a queen pull-out sofa in the living room. The Van Lee is one of the tallest buildings in Ormond with direct and easy access to the beach and the very best sightlines for experiencing the beauty, life, and movement of the Atlantic ocean. Local shops, grocery stores, farmer and flea markets, boutiques, coffee shops, art galleries, and restaurants are within walking distance with many more adventures and opportunities just beyond walking distance, including Daytona Beach, St. Augustine, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, and Daytona 500.

Enjoy the town or simply relax in a modern and serene environment where the sandy beaches and ocean waves are framed in the floor to ceiling windows. Or, step outside onto your 7th-floor balcony to breathe in the ocean air and experience the undisturbed sounds of the ocean. Van Lee 705 has been designed with simple elegance and function in mind for the ease and comfort of our guests.

Very clean and well equipped!

Peter was credibly responsive and the kitchen is well equipped so you can cook he also has a couple nice recommendations for eating in the area. The view is wonderful and relaxing. Very nice stay!

Beautiful Condo

We loved Van Lee 705. The place has everything. Wireless chargers were a nice touch. We had a lovely week at the beach here and would highly recommend staying here.

The condo was spacious, the kitchen was better stocked than my personal home, nice porch to watch the sunrise, the beds were comfy, Peter responded very quickly to all of my questions. I highly recommend this property!

Winter Get Away

We rented Peter's condo for 2 weeks to visit family in Ormond Beach and to also get away from the cold and snowy weather of New Jersey. Peter's place was perfect for us. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The renovation of the unit was beautiful and added to the enjoyment of the stay. Peter was very easy to communicate with and we will be staying again next year.

A great beach getaway!

Our unit was immaculate and beautiful and well appointed with all of the necessities. The building is old and had some issues with the elevator, but we made do. I love the close proximity of the beach to the pool and the building. It’s very accommodating for those with small children or elderly family members.

Peter’s condo is a great stay! It’s exactly as pictured and one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed which made it very comfortable. Peter was also so kind to answer all my questions, though later after our event’s chaos I realized he kindly organizes any information you may need beforehand in a email upon arrival. We will definitely stay again while visiting family - thanks Peter!

Great Condo, Great Host!

Condo was spacious, thoughtfully stocked and extremely comfortable for our family of 4. Appreciate the small details making it more comfortable to be away from home (wireless chargers, fully stocked kitchen, beach chair, etc.) Clean and just as pictured. Peter also sent clear instructions for both check-in and checkout and was readily available, although ultimately we did not need to touch base.

Awesome!!!

This has been one of our favorite condo's. The space is comfortable and perfect. Peter has thought of everything!!! The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. And anything you need for the beach he has provided. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Our favorite part was sitting on the balcony every morning to watch the sunrise. Definitely give 5 out of 5 stars - would give more if we could.

Can’t get any closer staying at the beach. This is not our first time here, nor will it be our last. Peter is very attentive and accommodating. There is spacious, clean room for all to enjoy. Best view on the planet. A hidden gold nugget. I need to be careful because the more people that know about this place will cause it to be occupied more, therefore lessening my chance. But it deserves a gold star.

Spectacular Condo with Amazing Views!!

I was visiting friends in Ormond Beach and this condo was right down the street from them. I needed a place where I could work from and this perfect condo fit the bill. It was such a pleasure working with Peter, he made the entire visit seamless. The condo itself is gorgeous and very comfortable. It was super clean, has everything you could possibly need. The view is priceless and the location is very good. Its a relaxing oasis I would recommend to anyone. I know I will be back. Thanks Peter!
