House is a enclosed big yard, can have barbecue. 1500 sq with nice furnishings, all utilities including WIFI and 3TV, 2 recliners and leather sofa. Kitchen has a fridge, microware, keurig cofee maker, diswasher, garbage disposal,2 compartment sink, toaster oven, 2 set washer/dryer both upper level and go outside door to basement. Outside have A Grill and table and 2 chairs. All utilities included. Bedrooms: has a queen-sized bed with firm mattress, nightstand, and TV, Dining room: table 6 seats, ceiling light..2.5 Baths. Bathroom: full-sized tub. and addition a shower and toilet downstair . This home has a plenty of space parking at the rear enclosed the fenced. 2 parking spaces at front.

House is super clean and cute. Great location for what we were doing. The only disappointment is that it was advertised as having 2 bathrooms when it was only a 1.5. Thankfully 1 shower between 6 people didnt prove to be as much of a problem as we thought it may have when we got there.

Great place to stay

I stayed 4 nights at this property, first time in Florida, and I really enjoyed it. The house is located close to the beach, stores and restaurants within walking distance. The property has all you need to feel comfortable with in your vacation (wish the house can be biggerso I can bring my whole family for rhe great experience), very close to major amusement parks in Orlando, we drive to Universal Studios and was not bad. I'm thankful to the owner for been on top of our needs, no matter the time. I hope my family and I can stay again here.
