Lacking necessities

It says it sleeps 12 people but it don’t!! It sleeps 10. Did not have enough silverware, or towels. The towels that we did have was thin and worn out! We had 12 people staying there. We also, didn’t have a broom or dust pan for all the sand and the vacuum didn’t work properly. They charged us for a 2nd parking pass. We were supposed to get 2 for free I was told the owner pocketed the 75.00 he changed us for parking pass. Will not stay in that room again but we love the Wyndham

Best Family Getaway!

This place was perfect for a few days with the kids, I wished we'd stayed longer. So many shops and restaurants on the property, indoor and outdoor pools, and steps from the beach. We had our morning coffee from the cafe downstairs on the oceanview balcony. We hope to bring the kids back every year so we can enjoy more of the waterpark and arcade, they were closed for the hurricane, but there was still plenty to do!

This property has pools and beach access at your footsteps. We were veery happy with our stay even with the covid-19 safety precautions I would not change a thing.

Glorious Sunrise, Beach and Pools

Loved our stay. Beautiful ocean view, great beaches and pools. The condo worked wonderfully for our family. Private room for everyone plus spacious so we could all be together. Host was wonderful. Checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Kids said they want to come back here every year.

Paradise Views

We brought our family here for spring break week and had an incredible trip. This place was an amazing to stay. Well taken care of and plenty of space to just separate for a bit when family needs it… especially with teens. Beach is excellent the owner is super to work with and very responsive, we are grateful to have had the opportunity! Highly recommended!!

Great Family Vacation

This property is in a great location - walk to shops, eating out, the pier. Activities on property. Nice pools, one with a water slide and a kids water play areas. The unit has a great lay out for a large family with 2 washer/dryers, full kitchen, ocean front balcony.

Our week at the beach

Place was great. Only allow 2 vehicles… the kiddy pool was closed for construction so that was alittle disappointing. Security doesn’t play. We had a great time!

Amazing views and relaxing!

We had a great time! The pools were wonderful for the kids and the beach was just steps away. The sunrise in the morning is not be missed from the balcony!! The views from the 19th floor are amazing and the elevators are very fast. Sally is a wonderful host and was very responsive. Condo is great and had everything we needed. Wonderful, relaxing week with all the amenities and activities we could need. Would recommend to any family looking for a great place to stay. Within walking distance to many restaurants and shops (even ice cream which my kids loved!)

Place needs a "face lift"

The pictures that we saw led us to believe that the condo would be more modern and up to date. But once we walked in, we were disappointed by the worn appearance of the walls, doors, windows,etc. Really needs a fresh coat of paint. The kitchen and baths had updated tile floors and counters and we loved the no fog mirrors! The kitchen needs to have more supplies, especially bakeware and utensils. The furniture is really worn compared to how the photos looked, maybe they were taken a while back? We did enjoy Anna at check-in, she was a lot of fun and informative. However, the older woman that checked us out was very rude, she ignored us unless we asked her a question. Overall, I would say that our experience in the resort was okay.

Beach stay

Plenty of room for our group of 8. Very well stocked with necessities. Beautiful view! Would suggest adding some color to this unit as it is very bland white and beige with no wall pictures at all Did not feel beachy or inviting. Limited seating in living area unless you don't mind sitting on dining room chairs. Would probably not return but only because of extremely slow elevator, all poolside chairs gone by 7:30 am being "saved" with belongings. Lose your parking placard and you are in for one hell of an argument with resort staff. Very crowded beach and pool

Family Vacation

The perfect rental for a large group or a large family. We were a large party and everyone was comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to eat in when we wanted, but having restaurants within walking distance did not make it inconvenient to also eat out. Two washer/dryers in the condo was another perk. The view from the balcony is AMAZING!! There are so many things to do in and around the resort that it was easy to stay busy all day. Pools, beach, putt-putt, arcade, etc. All in all, everyone had a good time and asking to go back next year. For early risers, enjoy a relaxing morning walk on the beach, or enjoy your morning coffee and the view from the balcony. Definitely worthwhile. Thank you Kim and Sally for being so accommodating and making our trip so pleasant and enjoyable.

The property/location itself is amazing. The condo was very spacious. The only arguing all weekend was who got the bedroom with the great view!! Sally the property manager was always very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to all our inquiries. Sally was so easy to work with and also very accommodating. Some of our party was arriving early, and she was kind enough to allow them to check in early because the condo was ready. But the best gesture on her part was when she contacted US to see if we wanted to extend our stay an extra day FREE OF CHARGE, when the Daytona 500 was postponed a day. She really made that part of arranging an extended stay a lot less stressful, and everyone was able to relax and enjoy the race. I HIGHLY recommend this property & Sally! We are definitely going back.

Best host!

Kim was amazing during our stay. There were issues with the air conditioners in the building and she had a maintenance person in our unit within 10 minutes of my reaching out. I’ve never had such a responsive host at a rental property before and she checked in just the right amount throughout our stay. The amenities of the building were great, however, I wish the building and/or elevators were secure. Daytona is not the safest community anymore and anyone can walk in off the street and up to the floors. We didn’t have any issues ourself but others did that were with our group. All in all, I would definitely book with Kim again!!

Will never stay in Daytona again.

The property was much smaller than described. None of the lamps worked. The toilet seat was off the commode. The lamps did not work in master bedroom and living room, so we had no lights at night in either room. The microwave had a cracked glass but worked when we got there. We were charged to replace microwave. Told property manager I was not paying for replacement but they charged my credit card anyway. The Wyndham resort was very run down. The bathrooms for the resort were always closed for repairs or cleaning. The resort was very very dirty and trash bins outside by pool and garages were always overflowing. The female employee at the owner’s checkin was very rude. She did not want to help with any issue since we were not A Wyndham resort time share owner. Would not recommend staying here or in this unit. Stay away from Daytona.

Great location

Water amenities good slide to pool was closed. I was told it’s been down 2 years.location is awesome. Concerts next door walk to shops . Bar at pool great. Eatery Downstairs closed Dunkin’ doughnuts short walk down the street. Walking distance to pier and boardwalk. Lack of hot water is only real complaint. Talked with front desk they sent maintenance to check they reset valve but that did nothing.sent message to owner and ask for help. Message to virtual assistant was the most successful. Maintenance came back and checked water temperature and said yes it is not up to standards. They left. Owner then responded to my email. I told them we wanted to use the tub to soak as my wife has arthritis but that was not an option with cold water. We made due with lukewarm water for the week. The unit is great but for the cost everything should be in working order. Pool slide, hot water, a place to get a cup of coffee in the morning without having to walk down the street and have pan handlers begging you to buy them a cup of coffee.
