Are you looking for additional space to park your trailer? Look no further! We understand the importance of having ample parking options for your trailers, and we're excited to offer you our new offsite trailer parking service.

- Beach, pool (currently closed for repair), and laundry in the building

- Stay and Save with us - many hotels charge $30 resort fee and $15 parking fee per day applied (separately before check out) on top of your reservation total. You save $45 a day for facilities that you don't use. Covered and uncovered parking is free at our property.

- We also have beach umbrella and beach chairs for you to use. You save $40 for renting 2 beach chairs and umbrella on the beach per day.

We put alot of thought in creating a comfortable space for our guests. As a hotel manager background, I would like my guests to have a good night sleep after a long day activities or some that have neck and back problems like myself to have a proper support. We reserve a mom and dad space (1 Queen Memory Foam Bed) and a separate space for each kid - 1 Full Memory Foam Bed for a girl and 1 Twin Cooling Memory Foam Bed for a boy. As a parent traveling with 2 boys and a girl, we wanted our 3 kids to be comfortable and have their own spaces.

We select this condo for its location - safe and secured. It is our utmost priority is your safety and a good secure neighborhood. Our condos are conveniently located near the boardwalk, granting you easy access to Daytona Beach's vibrant attractions. Take a leisurely stroll along the bustling boardwalk, indulge in delectable cuisine at nearby restaurants, or explore the local shops and entertainment options. With endless activities and entertainment at your fingertips, your family is bound to create unforgettable summer memories.

If lost, there will be a $150 dollars charge (Condo Association charge us) for the key and parking pass.

Better than expected

I read many poor reviews of different properties in the area and took a risk on this room. This room/property was better than I expected - it was clean, no bugs, no odd odors, no damage, property manager (via email/text) was very thorough in explaining the check in process. My wife and kept commenting “this place is just fine/there is nothing really wrong with this place” Having said that, if your looking for a really special place to stay or expect ritz Carlton - this is not that, but not sure there are any truly 5 star resorts in Daytona beach. I would definitely stay here again if i were to come back. Please note: we were here for a convention (not for fun/sun) and the pool had recently been dug up (no pool).
