Our unit has a balcony where you can sit with two Adirondack chairs and a little table to hold your drinks while you enjoy and relax with the ocean breeze and direct ocean front view.

Please note, our WI-FI is provided by Spectrum. We are not responsible for occasional outages or provider related issues.

Please note, we are not a traditional hotel and are offering personal property for the use and enjoyment of other guests.

We have recently performed a gut renovation and the unit is brand new.

● 24-hour coin laundry on premises.

● NO TRAILER parking allowed on property.

● Pool and direct beach access are OPEN.

● NO SMOKING/VAPING

● AC/HEAT: Our complex's cooling/heating systems are shared by all units. Each unit has a thermostat that can turn the system ON or OFF. The Condominium Association controls whether the system is set to cooling or heating mode, depending on the weather.
● We are a no smoking unit, but we cannot control the other units and/or guests and what they choose to do.

● Ironing board available in unit.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checkout time is 11am .
1. Please make sure to leave the parking pass on the table and take a photo of it and text it to me before check out. $125 is fee to replace the passes as they have special security features.
2. Please remove garbage and garbage bags from the property and place the in the trash bins outside on the floor (typically by the staircases on both sides).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Must put up parking pass on the front windshield mirror while parked. MUST RETURN PARKING PASS AT THE END OF STAY ON TABLE OF UNIT.
Please take out all trash at the end of your stay. NO SMOKING OR VAPING.
Please rinse all dishes at end of your stay.
