Welcome to our cozy Daytona Beach condo! Nestled in the heart of Daytona beach you literally wont have a reason to drive once you are here. You'll have a comfortably furnished living/dining room, full kitchen and bath. There is 2 flat screen LCD TV and wireless internet service. The kitchen is equipped with full sized appliances.The bedroom contains 2 queen size bed. The sofa bed in the living room has a mattress which is very comfortable. laundry on site, and free parking !!

Last week of July 2023

We were very worried about the property when we drove up. Property is undergoing repairs and renovations. Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. It would be helped to have more basic kitchen supplies/utensils for cooking. We are looking forward to returning next year!

Great stay

We had a great stay! The unit was just like pictured. The building is old but the owner has done small upgrades such as flooring and has it decorated nicely. We were pleased with the amount of space and proximity to the beach. There was some construction going on that we weren’t aware of when we booked (like pool and buildings beach access) but we didn’t let that spoil our fun. Beach was still very easy to get to. I felt that the bed was comfortable and most importantly the shower had plenty of hot water and the water pressure was great. I would recommend!

Convenient. Condo clean.

Convenient to the beach and all we wanted to do. Older facility, undergoing renovations, it did not disturb us in any way. Laundry on our floor was being renovated. A bit of a hard time getting the key out on arrival, but owner face timed us and we got it out. Would be nice to have 2 keys for our 2 parties. More towels. TV channel listing. Knowing ahead if you had a coffeemaker or kerig. Overall very nice. Thank you very much.

You get what you pay for

The coffee pot leaked all over the counter. This looks like a old motel that was converted to condo's. The beds were very comfortable. We were there to referee a pickleball tournament at pictonia and we only on the room to sleep and shower. Water pressure was great for the sink but very low once you turned the shower on. TV was not intuitive to use as you had to use one remote to turn it on and off and volume control and a second remove to change channels. the owner could invest 10 dollars for one universal remote toake it easier. The room was clean. It is on the fourth floor and the elevator work most of the time.

Host never sent the code for the key after an hour of going thru Expedia and VRBO i was able to get the contact number for the host and get the key. This is listed as 2 bedrooms its not the room with 2 beds is the kitchen area the other room (livingroom) has a daybed that has a rollway bed. Mattress has gross stains, floors were dirty, heat not working , not enough blankets and one was stained, i had to go buy blankets and space heaters. Very outdated, both washers were broken, homless people living in the laundryroom, hot tub not working and our last day we lost water when we asked the maintenance guy his comment was it was planned and everyone knew. The property appears to be a old hotel that was turned into apartments. When i called expedia to file a complaint they advised that it had to go thru VRBO and they said basically it was not their problem both were not helpful at all.

Great place !!

Clean. Great location. Good communication with the owner and no issues !! Will definitely stay there again. Place with in walking distance of all you will need.
