No parties, no confetti, no glitter or tape on walls. Do not move the furniture. Quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM. No cars in garage, just motorcycles
Please use the driveway hose next to the garage to rinse off sand from feet and beach equipment. No Pets: due to severe allergies, subject to $600 fee
24/7 video surveillance for ALL exterior areas. A Ring doorbell is also on the upstairs unit door. Do not disable or tamper with these devices.
