I would love to go but i got Covid

i reserve this property to go with my family in labor day weekend the property was great my friends said however i got sick with covid so i was being responsible and didn't go i contacted the property for chance my days due to this medical reason they denied so to not lose all the money i asked to change the reservation to my friends and in top of everything i was charged additional good amount of money just to change a simple name so be aware a place is beautiful but if for any reason you are unable to go you will lose your money :(
