"The hotel needs to be renovated on the outside of the building! Paint is chipping off the balconies and there’s lots of visible rust. In other words, it’s eroding due to the salt. Also the fences are chipping and have been for the past 2 years. Our ocean front room was very nice and spacious! View was amazing!!!"

"From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the host. Lovely unique property that felt like you were staying in someone's home rather than a B&B. Very comfortable room and the highlight of our stay was definitely breakfast. Our kids loved cooking their own pancakes at the table. Property very close to the beach and all the amenities in New Smyrna Beach with the bonus of on site parking. Thank you for such an amazing stay. Would definitely recommend Inn on the Avenue."

"Very nice place. From the room to the beach in less than five minutes. Don't miss the sunrise over the beach, it is worth getting up early. Plus you can go right back to bed after watching it from the balcony. We got to see a SpaceX rocket lunch from the beach, Cape Canaveral is about 50 miles south from the place but we could see the glow in the sky when the rocket ignited, so the rocket plume after lift off and even the separation and return home process."

"It was so cute! Had almost everything we needed. Make sure you bring your own ice & Kleenex just to be prepared. Perfect location for beach access. Great outdoor space. Very close to shops & dining. "We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this home. Check-in was easy. Check out was easy.. but the best thing was that you just walk outside and your feet are in the sand... It didn't hurt that there were a couple little land turtles right out in front, making the place even more magical... It was just a wonderful time for our family to come together and enjoy the beautiful ocean."
