"Our room was nice, and clean. Desk staff, and all other staff we encountered were extremely friendly. Small kitchenette was adequate for what we needed. The outlets in the bathroom didin't allow you to plug in the hair dryer. (We bought an extension cord so I could dry my hair in front of a mirror.) The "deck" was too small to actually use, but we prefer to sit by the ocean or pool anyway. The pool areas are nice, as is the beach area. Loved the location. Just a nice (0.25 miles) from Flagler. "

"Hotel was so unique and in perfect location. You can walk downtown or go to hotel restaurant on water with beautiful sunset. Our room was excellent. Very comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated, opened to pool. Staff was friendly and very helpful."

"Wow, location, location, location!! This spacious, open concept 3 bedroom, 2 FULL baths is located a hop skip and not even a jump from the quietest part of Daytona Beach. It's like having your own private beach at times. If the beach isn't your thing, there is a lovely pool (unheated) to enjoy, with separate eating area. The large master bedroom has an ensuite with a great walk-in shower with plenty of water pressure and comfy bed. The kitchen has new appliances if you choose to cook, grocery store just down the road, but once again location, location, there are a lot restaurants in the area to choose from. House has smart TV and WiFi but no smoke detector, so we brought our own. There is a washer and dryer, which is great for longer stays. Also there are many things to do in the immediate area, from visiting the Light house, and marina to just walking around and seeing the sites. You are a mere 5-8 miles from the main downtown Daytona hub and there is a bus stop close by if you don't have a car. The house was clean, but not spick and span due to the trouble caused by the previous guests. But the host was very apologetic and did send over a cleaning person. There were a few other minor hiccups, but nothing that couldn't be over looked. The host was vey helpful and replied in a very fast manor. All in all, I would HIGHLY recommend this listing for a long or short get away for families, friends or just like my husband and myself trying to escape the cold of the winter."
