We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and well stocked with great views of the beach. New Smyrna Beach is a nice town to visit and is a good jumping off point for Orlando, St. Augustine and Kennedy Space Center. Highly recommended!
The house was conveniently located near the beach and Flagler Ave. The check in process was super easy. House was well appointed. Rooms were lovely. Lots of beach toys, chairs and boards available to use. Plenty of parking, too.

I have rented several properties in NSB over the years and this is by far my favorite! Beautiful view, can’t beat the location (can walk to beach and Flagler Ave) and the layout is perfect for adults and teens. Not ideal for families with younger children or people who aren’t good with stairs.
This house is no doubt in a GREAT location. You'll have a great view of the beach and you can walk directly down onto the beach using the boardwalk just steps away from the house. Flager street is just a 5 minute walk as well. Communication with the property manager was great. She was quick to respond.
We loved the location and being able to walk to both the beach and the shops/restaurants on Flagler. But, more importantly, the last remodel of the town home (however long ago that's been) made it clean and very nice to stay. The ease of getting in - all set up in advance was very nice as well. We enjoyed all the views, the garage, the towels, the toys, etc.
This was our second time staying in this property and we love it. We hope to be back again one day. I don’t think there is a more ideal location or view than this townhouse. There is plenty of room for a large family. Property manager is very responsive and accommodating. We love every single thing about it.
Our daughter is a teacher and able to get away for Fall Break. We all loved being so close to the beach and Flagler Avenue. Everyone agreed it was so nice to park your car and be able to walk to almost everywhere.
What a delightful week for the family. Easy short walk to the beach just north of the Flagler car ramp. Very nicely appointed with furniture, televisions and kitchen ware. Happily they’ve kept a nice selection of spices and condiments so you don’t need to drag all that stuff with you. Can’t wait to return next summer.
This property was steps away from the beach and just as described in the listing. The property is well taken care of and clean. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Check is was extremely easy. There are beach towels and chairs provided, but you can also rent lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach if you need more. There are cars parked on the beach and travelling up and down the beach which takes up a good portion of the sandier areas. There are a lot fees that will be imposed if you do not follow all the cleaning rules, but overall a great place to stay at NSB!
Our family stayed in this beautiful home during our extended weekend trip to attend a family wedding. The pictures don't do this home justice. The home was extremely well stocked. The hostess, Natasja, was so wonderful to work with and was available before, during, and after our stay to help with any questions we had. This location is on the drive part of the beach and is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We hope to be back soon!
Manager was extremely organized and friendly. There were many Extras provided like chairs and boogie boards. But the condo had just been sprayed for termites and we did see dead termites around. The house could’ve been a little cleaner.
The rental is awesome for a multi-generational, family or multi-family vacation. We had 4 young kids and two couples and had plenty of space. Rental had all the things you needed plus lots of beach items that we wished were listed as amenities so we didn’t have to bring towels and beach toys from home. Access to the beach was awesome. Views from the windows were great! Wish we would have known the beach was a car beach, meaning all day long cars are driving down the beach like a road, which is not ideal for little kids. Also chose the wrong week when all the nearby high schoolers came and overtook the beach and Flagler ave. Needless to say, the rental and location of the rental were great.

We rented this condo for my husband’s 60th birthday. Upon arrival the condo seemed OK We noticed a lot of construction going on to the condo windows and such exposed insulation in the master bedroom. One of the garages we couldn’t use because they had windows in there so that really limited parking but it was clean. It was conveniently located to the beach. The parking was very tight but doable. Lots of stairs. Pretty much had everything we needed.. upon arrival we noticed the lights flickering a lot on the main floor. My husband is an electrician and he said that’s not good but we were on vacation and dealt with it. We were to stay there from Thursday to the following Wednesday on Sunday night of our stay we were celebrating my husband’s birthday and the lights on the main floor kitchen living room went out for about 20 minutes. Came back on for about five minutes and went back out for the remainder of the night. That obviously ended our celebration. We contacted the owner that evening. Heard back from her about 2 o’clock in the afternoon the next day. She said if we would like to check out early aday early she would refund one day back to us so we spent hours doing that required house work stripping the beds, doing the laundry, making sure all the bed laundry and towels was washed which is a requirement. Or we would be charged more. We went ahead and checked out a day early.
Beautiful home with great views. Loved that so many great shops and restaurants were within walking distance. Parking is a bit tight so I was glad I had a smaller car.
