    Enjoy ocean front living at its finest. The unit has a beautiful southeast exposure with a wrap around balcony. Condo is very well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped with all the amenities. Primary bedroom with king size bed, large walk in closet and beautiful shower. The second bedroom with two queen size beds and shower. Living room sofa is a pull out queen sleeper.

    The property features an Oceanfront pool, 2 gas Bbq grills, oceanfront balconies, indoor hot tub, and poolside fitness room. Washer and dryer located inside each unit.

    Visit the historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and the Marine Science Center just 4 miles away.

    1 hour to Major attractions, St Augustine, and Cape Canaveral.

    Seychelles is a two-week minimum stay building. Sorry- No Pets Allowed
