Yes. Poor in every category. Room and hallway carpets stunk. Except for two (plastic) bottles of water upon check-in, spare (lousy) amenities. We had to ask for toilet paper and tissues (1ply). The rooms are clean, the view's are beautiful. My only suggestion is to request a room far away from the elevator. They are loud and it is hard to sleep past 7am if you are near them.

The rooms could definitely use an update. The appliances should be replaced. There was some rust on the refrigerator and dishwasher. We did enjoy the view of the beach. The staff was very helpful.
