Well my unit was a ocean view and it was 100% Ocean view. Not like some that say ocean view and you can see the ocean from an angle only. I had full view of the ocean from North to South of the beach. 100% Room was very nice one of the best rooms in a long time.

The room was especially clean the owner was excellent in directions and even reached out back to me helped me w door code overall stay was a 10 outa 10 couldn’t ask for a nicer and super easy set up I’ll definitely use them again

Such a great location to the amazing pool and access to the Beach. Loved the 1st floor room. Building is older and noise level isn't well insulated but I would stay there again. The second bed needs to be updated. Thanks

The only problem I had was coming to the hotel with the bathtub dirty but 2 days later someone came to clean it the building and pool was overall in good conditions there was high tide so we didn’t get much beach time but the pool was in great condition very clean everyone is nice here the bed was very stiff but I would recommend the staff was beyond understanding and I would definitely come here again in the near future

The bad reviews must have been during the rebuild from the hurricanes and of course northerners lol. We found the property to be beautiful with a new courtyard and swimming pool. Great amenities like laundry area, game/arcade room and even a breakfast/lunch diner. The staff at the desk is extremely helpful and greeting. Very quiet as well with many of the other people owning their units. Beach access was extremely convenient right from the pool and required a key to come back in for added security to the area. Will definitely visit again and possibly buy a unit(Condotel) as an investment.

for the price that i paid this was an awesome place. it had a great view of the ocean, a big bed and a small kitchen which is very nice and hard to find for that price. a couple things tho, it was not very clean, looked like they hadn’t swept, there were crumbs in the couch, the remote to the tv barely worked along with the wifi. other than those few small things it was an awesome experience

The room wasn't that bad, quite good equipped with a stove and microwave. BUT although it should have been a smoke free area, some folks were smoking in their rooms and the air was transported to our room via A/C. Furthermore, the ground floor was dusty and not well cleaned. Thin windows didn't keep the street noise outside of the building.

Good place to book if you’re looking for a bargain. Beachfront property. No bugs or pests seen. Just don’t expect a large luxurious room on a small budget and you’ll be pleased. Having to use a key each time you want to come up from the beach (instead of a gate with a code) was a huge inconvenience for us, especially when they only provide one key. If half only want to go to the beach and other half wants to go out to dinner…only one group will have a key to get back in. Only half of the messages I sent to the host was answered. Keurig didn’t work, was told replacement would be brought to us but that never happened. Overall it was a pleasant stay with a beautiful view from our balcony

Wow researching for us a room I found this bottom floor balcony where we could just walk out of our room. I even confirmed that this was at the bottom. But when I was finally giving my information they tried to put me on the 6th floor. However I did contact and they gave me the floor I wanted on the ground. But the next day I came back and people were in my room. Apparently there was a plumbing issue. The person whom I have been working with said they were not aware of the situation. But both the desk person and the plumber assured me that they knew about the situation and was not supposed to run out that particular room. So now I don't have water to my main sink for almost a full day. When I contacted the person they gave me some crap about how they pretty much did me a favor by giving me the bottom floor.... The one I was assured that I was going to get. I did not get any apology I did not get any discount I did not get any of these things. Did not even give me a hey I'm sorry somebody was in my room when I came home and had to come back to be able to turn my water back on later on. So my contact gets a poor rating. However I do understand that the owner of the unit is a different person. The unit itself was good. Love that I can walk out of our room walk to the pool walk to the beach. Everything we needed was provided. So this is a very mixed review.

This is an absolutely wonderful property The condo is very very clean very quaint private stunning view even though you are not on the ocean you still can see all the way up up the beach coastline it is an excellent choice if you are going to make vacation plans I would definitely consider staying here for sure people are absolutely amazing very friendly.
