"It has 4 bedrooms which is how it is advertised and sleeps 15. We had 8 people and the charged 65 for additional people.You don't see it unless you look at the details of your charges and click on the "i". Seems a little misleading. It was roomy for everyone. It does NOT have a can opener or wine key. The pictures show the table set and I thought it was just for pix, but when we got there it was all set and we literally had to unset it for all our stuff. Nice esthetics, but a hassle for us upon arrival.We loved the cowboy pool, but it did not have a chlorine tablet in the floating basket. Thank goodness we brought our own. Loved all the games and entertainment for the kids.We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the house despite the little hiccups I described."

"Would absolutely stay again! Lived it. This place was absolutely as described. Walking distance to the beach from free parking at our room. Full kitchen and small fridge. Much bigger fridge than most hotels. At least the ones I have stayed in.Shower was great and hot water was on tap. I didn’t try out out queen size fold out bed. I brought queen sz blow up mattress to put on top and we slept great. We also felt completely safe. The whole community felt completely safe. Like the years of my childhood when we didn’t lock our doors at all night. Feedback."
